We make sure that items should be delivered to the customer in every possible way. But In any case if you have already paid for your item/order through online payment mode and we are unable to deliver any particular product of your order then the refunded amount will be credited in your wallet 100% safe. You can use that amount in your future order. Still if you want the amount to be credited in your bank account you need to contact our customer care service.
It takes about 7-10 working days for your refund to be generated if you have pre-paid through your debit/credit card for your order and will be credited back your original mode of payment. For COD related transactions the refund will be generated in your Wallet within 24 hours, or the Customer has the option to get the refund in his/her designated bank account via NEFT (for which the Customer shall have to share the bank details) and in such a case the credit of refund into the designated bank account will take 7-10 working days.
We have a easy return policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. As soon as you are done selecting your products you’ll come across an option to “click on checkout” you will be prompted to select the delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. Yes, you can reschedule your order by contacting customer care. You can reschedule your order as per your convenience basis the slots available, provided the order is not already route.
Your Order history will show the undelivered items list. Certain items could be removed at the time of packaging owing to damage/non-availability(in the case of vegetables and fruits) or expiry.
